One Pot Pasta, the name itself is self explanatory…. Chop, add everything into one pot and cook and a hearty meal for the family is ready in half and hour.

I am lazy to make all meals elaborate on weekends nor can I go out for all my meals. This is one pot pasta that needs 10 mins of preparation and another 15 to 20 minutes for it to cook, during which time I don’t even need to be in the kitchen.  Or after a day longs work if you have to prepare dinner, this is one pot pasta is the dish that you should have on your list. Needs one casserole, chop and add everything, cook and its done.  This is my version of one pot Arrabbiata. It tastes heavenly, more so because of the amount of time we spend on making it :).

The other pastas that you can try when you have slightly more time on your hand is Fettuccini in Bechamel sauce.
