Dalgona coffee as it is being called off late is a coffee we have been having since ages and we have called it by different names. Phentihui Coffee, Jhaagwaali coffee, Nescafe, Indian cappuccino etc etc. Dalgona coffee or give it any name, it is a whipped coffee made using 3 ingredients. Instant coffee, sugar and hot water . We make cold and hot coffee using this mixture and brings back so many memories from college times. I also tried making Dalgona Coffee Panacotta and it was a super hit dessert.

Here is the recipe for the tasty and simple Phentihui coffee.
