Whipped Coffee - Dalgona Coffee
- 1 Tbsp - Instant coffee powder
- 1 Tbsp - White granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp - Hot water
- 1 glass of Cold milk of your choice. (regular milk, almond, coconut, oats)
- To make Cold Dalgona coffee take instant coffee powder, hot water and sugar in a bowl.
- Using a fork/ hand blender or a whisk, whip it till stiff peaks form. If you are doing it by hand it will take some time to reach this stage.
- You can store this whipped coffee in a closed container in a refrigerator for later use.
- Add Ice to the glass you want to serve the coffee in and pour milk over it.
- Spoon this whipped coffee mixture on top and sprinkle some more coffee powder to it and serve.
- To make hot coffee heat milk in a sauce pan.
- Add 1 Tbsp of the mixture to it and mix it well and serve it hot.
- It will be frothy and absolutely tasty.
