Whipped Coffee - Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona coffee or Phentihui coffee is a whipped coffee made using instant coffee, sugar and hot water and is served hot or cold.
  • 1 Tbsp - Instant coffee powder
  • 1 Tbsp - White granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp - Hot water
  • 1 glass of Cold milk of your choice. (regular milk, almond, coconut, oats)
  1. To make Cold Dalgona coffee take instant coffee powder, hot water and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Using a fork/ hand blender or a whisk, whip it till stiff peaks form. If you are doing it by hand it will take some time to reach this stage.
  3. You can store this whipped coffee in a closed container in a refrigerator for later use.
  4. Add Ice to the glass you want to serve the coffee in and pour milk over it.
  5. Spoon this whipped coffee mixture on top and sprinkle some more coffee powder to it and serve.
  6. To make hot coffee heat milk in a sauce pan.
  7. Add 1 Tbsp of the mixture to it and mix it well and serve it hot.
  8. It will be frothy and absolutely tasty.
