Dalgona Coffee Panacotta is a variation to the Dalgona coffee that has gone so viral off late. Dalgona Coffee Panacotta, a layer of Vanilla Panacotta topped with whipped coffee is a super hit dessert. You know my love for panacottas and I did have some instant coffee and gelatine required for this dish even during this lock down period and I had to make it. Hope you guys like it too.

You can follow my recipe of basic Vanilla Panacotta and  Dalogona Coffee / Indian whipped coffee and make this beautiful dessert.

I always keep a batch of whipped coffee in the refrigerator and use it for my hot coffee more than cold coffee. Also do follow the Indian Whipped Coffee recipe to know how to store it.
