Mango Chia seed jars and easy, quick, beautiful dessert that can be served anytime of the day on any occasion. It is a beautiful looking dessert and it gives an option of playing around with colours, textures and flavours.
Here I am using Mango pulp, granola and fresh cream. You can use any fruit pulp instead of Mango. You can use chocolate ganache, salted caramel, banana, berries. But make sure you have a good balance of texture, and flavour covered. I had recently made chocolate ganache, granola and fresh cream for Madras Milk, and that turned
out heavenly and also the roasted beet jars I made layering it with granola and fresh cream with lots of berries on top was no less.
Ingredients
Mango Pulp – 1/2 cup
Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1tsp
Fresh Cream – 1 cup
Honey – 4 tbsps ( according to taste)
Granola – 1/2 cup
Method
Add chia seeds to the fresh cream and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.
Before layering add honey and vanilla extract to the cream chia seed mixture and mix well.
Layer the jar starting with granola then chia seed mixture and then the mango pulp and repeat.
You can play around with the layering and you can top it up with chopped mango pieces and mint leaves.
