Mango Chia seed jars and easy, quick, beautiful dessert that can be served anytime of the day on any occasion. It is a beautiful looking dessert and it gives an option of playing around with colours, textures and flavours.
  • Mango Pulp - ½ cup
  • Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1tsp
  • Fresh Cream - 1 cup
  • Honey - 4 tbsps ( according to taste)
  • Granola - ½ cup
  1. Add chia seeds to the fresh cream and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Before layering add honey and vanilla extract to the cream chia seed mixture and mix well.
  3. Layer the jar starting with granola then chia seed mixture and then the mango pulp and repeat.
  4. You can play around with the layering and you can top it up with chopped mango pieces and mint leaves.
