Ingredients 

1 ltr – Whole milk

1/2 cup – Sugar

6 to 7 nos – Jackfruits 

   
 
Method

Boil milk and the deseeded jackfruit till the milk reduces to half. Add sugar.  Blend it in a blender to a smooth paste. Fill the kulfi moulds and freeze it for an hour. 

  
After an hour insert the sticks and further freeze it overnight. 

  
To demould, breifly dip the kulfi moulds in warm water and carefully remove the kulfis.
