Ingredients
1 cup – Cleaned and chopped Mint leaves
2/3 stems – Coriander leaves
1 tsp – Roasted jeera
1 no – Green chilly
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Sugar
Yogurt to grind
Method
Grind all the ingredients in a blender to a smooth chutney consistency. Do not add water but add yogurt to grind the chutney.
Serve this instant chutney with khichdi, cutlet, paratha, onion pakoda,egg pakoda.
