1 1/2 tbsp + 1 tsp – Mustard seeds ( black or yellow)
4 nos -Green chillies
4 nos – Boiled eggs, cut into 2 or 4 pieces
1 tsp – Turmeric powder
10 nos – Curry leaves
200 gms – Coconut Milk
1 tbsp – Oil
Salt to taste
A pinch – Sugar
1 no – Onion, small

Method
Grind together 1 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds , green chillies, turmeric together using little coconutmilk just to help in grinding.

Heat oil in a pan. Add 1tsp mustard seeds. As it crackles add curry leaves and onions to it. Saute it till the onions soften. Add the ground masala to this and add 1/4 cup water and let it come to a boil. Add the remaining coconut milk, salt and a sugar and bring to a boil. To this add cut pieces of egg and boil it till it reaches a creamy gravy consistency.

Serve with steamed rice…
