CUCumber Mint Chutney

Ingredients
1 no – Cucumber
1 no – Green chilly
1/8 cup – Chopped fresh mint
2 stems – Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 cup – Hung Curd

Method
Blen everything except yougurt into a paste in a mixer. Add yougurt to get a chutney consistency.

Goes well with pakodas, papads, cutlets etc….

Raitha Variation:To this chutney add finely chopped cucumber and temper it with oil , curry leaves, hing and mustard seeds. This raitha goes well with lemon rice, plain rice, roti, pulavs etc.IMG_8739.JPGIMG_8738.JPG
