Ingredients
1 cup – Alfalfa sprouts
5 to 6 – Cherry tomatoes
1 no – Cucumber

Dressing

2 tbsp – Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 tbsp – Honey
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Crushed black pepper

Method
Spread the sprouts on a plate and make a depression in the center. It should resemble a delicate nest woven with tender delicate gold sprouts. Now place the tender green cucumber slices and drop the rich red cherry tomatoes and the olives over it. Scatter some juliened onions and some lovely flesh pink grapefruit segments on top.

Mix all the ingrefients for dressing together and dress the salad just before serving. I like to keep the dressing simple so that i do not take away the freshness from the veggies. I like to respect the veggies for their taste and the play of taste that they bring with each other.
