TOMato chutney
- 4 nos – Tomato Small
- 1 no – Onion medium
- 3 nos – Red Chilly
- 2 tbsp – Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of Sugar
- For tempering
- 1 tsp – Oil
- 1 tsp – Mustard seeds
- A pinch of Hing
- In a pan boil chopped tomato, chopped onion and red chilly in a cup of water, till the onion and tomato ate cooked and soft.
- Cool it and blend it into a paste along with salt, sugar and coriander leaves.
- In a small pan heat oil. Addh ing and mustard seeds to it. Let it crackle. To this add the blended paste and cook it till the oil seperates.
- Serve it with idli and dosa along with coconut chutney.
