EGGless Wheat Pound Cake
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup - Melted butter
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
  • 140 gms - Wheat flour
  • 1½ tsp - Baking powder
  • ½ tsp - Soda bi-carb
  • ¾ cup - Condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Grease and line a 9" cake tin.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  3. Seive flour, baking powder, soda bicarb together.
  4. Method
  5. In a large mixing bowl whisk condensed milk, oil and vanilla extract well. To this with the help of a spatula mix in the flour mixture. Do not over mix. Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 25 to 30 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean.
