Summer is almost here. It’s pretty hot during the day. Doesn’t feel like having much of tea or coffee. It’s already time for Aam Panna, Lemonades, Icecreams, Buttermilk…

So still sticking to strawberry, which is in season, made these really pretty Strawberry Popsicle.

Strawberry Popsicles are simple, pretty looking and is bursting with flavours.

Ingredients

2 cups – Strawberries

Juice of one lemon

Sugar to taste

4 cups – Water

Method 😀

To make the Strawberry Popsicle, put everything in a blender excep water and blend it into smooth purée. Add the water and churn it well. Check the taste for sweetness.

Pour them into the popsicle moulds. Insert the sticks. Freeze it overnight.

Dip the moulds in warm water to unmould easily.
