Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Cover it and let it sit in a warm place.
Add the dissolved and proofed yeast to the flour mixture and also add 100 ml of warm milk. Mix the whole mixture with a fork till it comes together. Turn it on a lightly flour work top and knead it for 15 mins.
Oil a bowl and roll this dough in it so that the dough ball is oiled well. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave it in a warm place( i leave it in warm oven) for an hour till it doubles in size.
Take the dough out on to a lightly floured surface and then divide into 4 parts. Make them into small balls with light hand and flatten it. Do a milk or egg wash n sprinkle a lot of poppy seeds on it. Cover it with damp cloth and proof it for half an hour.
Pre heat the oven to 200° C.
