1 no – Not so ripe mango
1 no – Small finely chopped onion
1 tsp – Chilli flakes
1 tbsp – Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Extra virgin olive oil
Peel and chop the mango flesh finely. In a bowl add finely chopped onions, chilly flakes, coriander leaves , oil to the chopped mango flesh and mix well. Add salt to this and depending on the taste of the mango add sugar or lemon juice. Mix well and mash the mixture using a fork. Mash it just enough to soften the mango flesh and help the mixture combine well.
