Wash or brush the mushrooms clean. If washing, pat it dry cut them into half if they are small and into four pieces if they are huge.
Heat olive oil n a shallow & wide pan. Add the crushed pepper and let it roast. This will take just a couple of seconds. Add the mushrooms and rosemary and keep the flame high.
On a high flame toss it for a couple of minutes. The mushrooms will sweat and you will see a lot of water. Keep sautéing it till all the water evaporates and the mushrooms will start turning gold and crisp. Saute it for an other minute. Sprinkle salt , mix well and garnish it with some more rosemary.
Have it as a snack or Serve it with bread, grilled tomatoes & scrambled eggs for breakfast.
